The small company aspect makes it so that employee feedback is heard by upper management. The culture is great with lots of fun events, catered lunches, and a really great group of people to work with. Hybrid work schedules are a huge plus. The office is great and has a massage chair and free snacks and drinks. The owners are very down-to-earth and easy to work with, and they're very personable with all of the employees.
