Great subject matter experts! Great team mates. Robert Bills is excellent and really cares about the company and the employees. I feel heard. A great small company. Office just went thru an update and looks and feels great.

Pay is wonky. They are not an every other week pay company like the majority of DC Metro area is. Time off is lacking. Operations is a mess, the leadership in operations has no operations experience or federal government experience and spends too much time doing things that are not operations.
