Pros

Ability to work from; decent, hard-working staff in call center; attempt to make work environment very relaxed (dress code is basically non-existent). Okay job for college student taking online classes.

Cons

The pay is insulting! If you're working as CS, and you're an adult with a family, you won't make ends meet. You will have to work OT, which is plentiful due to high turnover, almost everyday. The calls are back to back from people complaining about sexual harassment to made up stuff dealing with the SEC. The calls can really wear on you mentally, and you don't have enough time from breaks (15 minute each) or lunch(30 minutes) to recoup. Many times I've come back on the phone literally belching from having to woof down my lunch! Management wants you to give them 90 days advance notice for time off...really? Who can determine what may happen 90 days from now, especially those who are married and have kids? Training is a joke! Trainers are nice, but in no way are you completely trained to take all the different type calls. I've been there almost six months and still get calls that I've not been trained to handle, and if you close the call out wrong, here come the emails and calls!

I can appreciate the nature of the calls you handle s as Communication Specialist are challenging. Thank you for your feedback with regard to scheduling and training. We are continually bringing on new team members in order to allow for more flexibility with scheduling, but we want to ensure we are making quality hires. As you experienced, our training class is currently 80 hours, and I understand we are not able to cover every call scenario in that time. However, if you would like additional training, please reach out to HR or a performance coach, and we would be happy to work with you on any additional items you would like to discuss. Thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Team Culture Flexible Schedule (hybrid model) Entry level pay is great

Cons

The position that was presented during the hiring process was not the position that was ultimately delivered. Employees have very little influence over organizational decisions; the prevailing message is to either accept ongoing changes or move on. The company sets exceptionally high performance expectations but does not appear to fully recognize how constant organizational changes, limited job security, frequent separations and internal restructuring, and unmet commitments can directly impact employees' ability to succeed. These factors create significant obstacles to achieving the standards the company expects.
