Given the 24x7 business model of our Contact Center, I can see why you might believe there is a lack of concern for our team and we are taking steps to change this. Recently we launched a Culture Ambassadors Program, which includes two team members from our Contact Center to help us learn more about ways we can strengthen our culture. If you are not familiar with who these team members are, please drop me an email and I will connect you with them so they can hear your ideas as well! Also, in the event you may have missed the announcement, we recently launched the Discover It! Program, which is being piloted within our Contact Center to help people learn more about how they can grow with our team and ultimately earn more money. Please keep your ideas for improvement coming - we are listening!

Team Culture Flexible Schedule (hybrid model) Entry level pay is great

Cons

The position that was presented during the hiring process was not the position that was ultimately delivered. Employees have very little influence over organizational decisions; the prevailing message is to either accept ongoing changes or move on. The company sets exceptionally high performance expectations but does not appear to fully recognize how constant organizational changes, limited job security, frequent separations and internal restructuring, and unmet commitments can directly impact employees' ability to succeed. These factors create significant obstacles to achieving the standards the company expects.
