      Pros

      This is definitely a company where you can climb in, they give you the opportunity to shadow on your own time to positions you might be interested in. Good work-life balance, and in my case, great management.

      Cons

      Worked in the call center for a bit, only con was from the people who actually called in. But even the contact center was pretty awesome as far as management goes and being taken care of.

      Pros

      Having a team that's always willing to help and make your experience that much better. Working Remotely was an added plus as that provided flexibility for appointments and stepping away from the desk when feasible. Flexible Time Off was an added bonus to counterbalance work/life balance.

      Cons

      Like many businesses, Navex is very focused on making money, so even in non-Sales roles, for customer focused roles, one of the main job objectives is to reach a certain upsell money threshold. The job objectives lacked consistency as the focus always changed and it always seemed like new urgent focuses would arise.
