Pros
Honestly they will hire just about anyone because their turnover is insane. So if you're looking for a quick job you can likely land one. Lunch is brought in on Wednesdays
Cons
There are so so many. And I obviously had a poor experience, but we all know how this service works. -They lie and communication is regarding simple things either is non-existent or takes so long that you've likely moved on from the topic. -They will literally stab you in the back. No morals whatsoever and they will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat with no warning or explanation. Then will run your name through the mud afterward. -The product just isn't that good. You will get beat by competitors often because the NAVEX solutions are outdated, not innovative at all and expensive -Pay sucks. Well below market. During a company "All-Hands" earlier this year they were going over results of a employee engagement survey, and straight up told us that we were being paid market value because we "established our markets when we accepted the job" and then encouraged people to leave if they wanted to be paid more. -Mid-level management is incompetent as all hell. You'll be better off in the long run. -They speak to you like you are a child and can't read through the BS -Overly aggressive sales process. I can't tell you how many deals are lost because those incompetent mid-level managers insist on being overly involved and following up to the point of being called "greasy car salesman". You will lose deals that you shouldn't, simply because your direct manager won't listen and let you run the deal. -This is a software company that's VC partners can't sell and seemingly has zero path to IPO. That's a giant red flag on it's own right? -NAVEX plateaued a long long time ago. There's no getting better here and it's going to be a waste of your time. Work here if you want, but you can probably do a lot better.
