Senior management promotes the same 4 or 5 individuals, sometimes making a new position to fit the employee. The bank continously solicits money from employees to support whatever charity whose board an exec is serving on this year. They are great at saying their goals and values but there is no execution or follow through. Middle management needs serious training--I question how my boss and boss's boss acquired their positions because they couldn't manage a lemonade stand. There is no real culture. It's obvious increasing investors profits is the only goal of the CEO.
