Pros
Good for lower level consultants, but don't stay more than 2 years. There's nothing for you to learn after that.
Cons
Absolutely zero leadership from the very top, i.e. CEO - GM level. Most of the folks are not qualified to lead, had been there since Day 1, or hired on whims and fancy. Wrong people remains, good people left in a hurry. Check out with your friends and headhunters who were the folks who left recently within last 6 months and figure out for yourself. Absolutely zero work-life balance. You work 15 hours/day and even on weekends, all because of bad management - shifting of goalposts, directionless, whims and fancy, shoot in the dark.
