Pros
- The gym is clean and accessible 24/7, which is probably the only highlight of the office. - There was a relaxation or gaming corner that looked great for about two months before it went under “maintenance” and never came back. - There are opportunities to pursue certifications, but only if your manager decides you’re “worthy,” which is very inconsistent and based on favoritism.
Cons
- Hands down one of the worst companies I’ve worked for. Upper management seems more focused on collecting paychecks than actually supporting their teams. - Absolutely zero transparency when it comes to employee well-being. Management often talks down to employees and morale is constantly low. - The turnover rate is extremely high. - Too much reliance on outsourced leads who honestly don’t have a clue what to do when things go sideways. - The work culture is heavily micromanaged. Despite the company claiming to support work-life balance, compliance is completely ignored in practice. - Whenever something goes wrong, you’re the first to be blamed. Leaders point fingers first, force the blame on you without even bothering to look into the actual root cause. - There were instances of dishonesty towards clients, and employees were expected to just go along with it. It’s hard to find any real ethics in the place. - The office itself is small and cramped. Worse still, managers openly gossip or speak poorly about other staff in front of everyone, which just kills any remaining morale. - A lot of managers avoid doing actual work and spend their time bragging or pushing their responsibilities onto others. It’s draining and demotivating.
