Pros

Super talented and kind coworkers. A slow ramp up/training period.

Cons

Don't believe the 4 and 5 star reviews. The HR department writes those, and they flag negative reviews for removal to improve their score as well. When you first start here, your first few months will seem great because you do have awesome coworkers, and you are ramped up slowly. But the minute you start taking on clients, good luck. Management assigns projects with little consideration for your current workload. You're on calls with clients literally all day long, which leaves no time for administrative work/email follow up so prepare to work after hours (or in some cases just wing your calls with clients because there was no time to prepare). On top of an enormous client load, you're also expected to take on additional responsibilities, like mentoring other team members. Don't bother taking any concerns or issues to management either. You will be gaslit and made to believe you're the problem because other team members are supposedly doing great (they're not, everyone just knows to grin and bear it). This place thrives on toxic positivity, and if you can't fake it, you won't last long here.

Pros

Good benefits. Free lunch on Tuesdays in office, free dinner on Wednesdays, free lunch on Fridays

Cons

Average salaries. No bonus. Some of the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with. In one meeting, three people started openly making fun of an employee who didn't work there anymore. They were pushing their noses up like a pig nose and making oinking sounds...on a team call with like 12 people so it's not like they were ashamed to act like that. I have never seen behavior like that in any work environment I've been in. And no one called them out on it. There was other immature behavior like actively sabotaging others to try to make themselves look better and talking bad about others behind their back while acting as if everything is fine to their face. People are expendable. No upward mobility unless you are related to someone high up.
