Looking back, it's one of the top most worst work place I ever worked in my carrier. Oh my god, I'm glad I came out of this place. Don't get deceived by the good looking office, it's all just to attract you and pull you into the hell. It's a strange work place where the sales and customer support division is filled with young white Caucasian women (about 90%) and the development team is filled East Indians (about 90%). So, if you're joining sales or customer support team and if you're not a Caucasian, you'll find it hard to socialize, If you are joining the development team and if you're not an Asian Indian, then you find yourself like standing in India where different people are shouting in different Indian languages. Indian languages are like official languages of the development team. Since I'm not an Asian Indian, I faced worst environment here. Worst politics that I have ever seen in my carrier. Worst Engineering Managers I have ever seen. Nobody works here more than 6 or 12 months unless they're stuck in H1b visa or if they are highly over paid compared to what they can get outside. The management have written so many fake reviews, so read all the reviews carefully before you join the company. By reading carefully, you can figure out which one is real and which one is fake.

They write fake reviews of the company to hide how miserable it is. "Consultant" needs to go before the entire sales department quits. Zero value of employees, they make it clear that if you want to leave because you are unhappy, they will just replace you. I wonder how that's going? Almost an entire team has left the company within a two month period, and they are blind to the issue at hand. Get better management that will provide valuable training and culture in order to engage AND retain employees.
