      Pros

      Colleagues are nice and great.

      Cons

      Insecure and toxic boss who don’t trust their team or simply have the need to control everything in their environment tend to micromanage individuals on their teams. Demand high expectations and will not appreciate your good work. Complaint will not works at all.

      Complicated management structure, private equity-owned.

      Pros

      Stay in decent hotels. Per diem. People you work with are solid. Coordinators are good.

      Cons

      Communication from the fleet side of the business is uneven. Schedule can change multiple times per month. Overnight driving is common (not an issue for me.)
