Pros

Pros - pays on time - less than a handful of people with some vision in agtech

Cons

- No software development processes. Just some developers trying their best to maintain archaic products and services without guidance and end goal. No roadmap to improve. - No people management processes. Expect to participate in non-constructive meetings with no outcomes. - No real colleagues. Half of your colleagues will be appointed based on their political beliefs. Expect to work under pressure while the person next to you is not. - Full of tactics and politics. The more you climb up the hierarchy the more you find yourself unable to produce real work without micromanagement. In summary: Simply don't bother working there if you are a professional as this company will have a negative effect on your career and don't do it if you are now starting your career as you will learn things the wrong way

Pros

+Salaries are paid on time +Private health insurance +Decent break room

Cons

-CEO and most of the senior management are completely out of touch, without the basic knowledge & skills required. -Exclusively funded by government and EU projects. -Nepotism all around. -Constant micromanagement. -No respect for employees, no matter how hard you work. Servant attitude is expected. If you are honest and have you own (well-substantiated) opinion you will soon become a "persona non grata". -Salary is based on who you know and how well you can cozy up to management, instead of your actual skills and work performance. If you do most of the work you will get the lowest salary. -Toxic culture, colleagues will stab you in the back to gain favor with management. HR dept. is particularly bad (despite the bogus recent reviews). -No employee training -Annoying, complicated procedures. e.g. compulsory daily work log with 15' resolution. Every purchase needs approval from a ton of people, including CEO. -Basically no remote work option, even for positions that could be entirely remote. Unless you are related to the right person of course... -Due to all the above, any decent coworkers that can support your job will leave as soon as possible.
