No roadmap to improve. - No people management processes. Expect to participate in non-constructive meetings with no outcomes. - No real colleagues. Half of your colleagues will be appointed based on their political beliefs. Expect to work under pressure while the person next to you is not. - Full of tactics and politics. The more you climb up the hierarchy the more you find yourself unable to produce real work without micromanagement. In summary: Simply don't bother working there if you are a professional as this company will have a negative effect on your career and don't do it if you are now starting your career as you will learn things the wrong way
