- Poor salary - Clueless CEO who does not even have the most basic qualifications for the role. - Indifferent HR department that will only seek to please the CEO. - Half the senior staff have been hired by upper-management's personal favours. They are labeled as useless and their work has to be done by the rest of the employees. Of course they will take credit for the work. - Try and ask for any sort of office or "exotic" computer equipment, no matter how essential for your work. If by some miracle your get an OK, the IT department (another den of nepotism) will automatically "downsize" for a "more modestly priced" (and most probably out of specifications) item. And YOU will be the one who will be blamed for "buying garbage".

- No software development processes. Just some developers trying their best to maintain archaic products and services without guidance and end goal. No roadmap to improve. - No people management processes. Expect to participate in non-constructive meetings with no outcomes. - No real colleagues. Half of your colleagues will be appointed based on their political beliefs. Expect to work under pressure while the person next to you is not. - Full of tactics and politics. The more you climb up the hierarchy the more you find yourself unable to produce real work without micromanagement. In summary: Simply don't bother working there if you are a professional as this company will have a negative effect on your career and don't do it if you are now starting your career as you will learn things the wrong way
