Pros
A couple of staff members are genuinely good people
The hours - 9 to 6 - with minimal post-work required (except during busy fashion seasons: February and September)
Cons
Disorganized
Egos trump common sense and work ethic
Not the friendliest work environment
Preach "team work" but most do not behave that way
Will offer career promotions without financial compensation - meaning, they'll give you more and more responsibility but not pay you for your efforts or acknowledge a change in title
Open-office environment but they're not desks - it's tables where your personal space is limited to a pencil drawer.
