Pros
The work was somewhat easy and my colleagues made the job somewhat bearable. The occupational therapists were extremely helpful in telling management to back down and provide accommodations for us.
Cons
Severely underpaid and overworked, management would actively go against policies and allow other departments to bend the rules but would give us warnings if we did the same, I wasn't told that my contract wasn't going to be renewed/made permanent until the day before it ended, so I was left without work. The list goes on.
