Management that gives freedom to act in the main, commitment to flexible working and consideration of the individual person's needs. Leading HR best practice with a view to support frontline work.

Cons

Some of these central commitments were starting to show cracks - degradation in person centred culture in favour of a more top-down management style. Prioritisation of the main purpose of the NHS gets lost due to wider structure.
