      Pros

      Amazingly positive-spirited and team oriented nurses & doctors to work with (though I think I'm working in the right area at the right time). Pension scheme. Supportive management. Flexibility with working hours and requesting time off.

      Cons

      Payroll is inconsistent. Bank/Temp staff treated by HR as 2nd class staff (not prioritized). Zero contract excludes (holiday pay, sick pay).
