      Friendly staff, mostly hard working and easy going. Helping patients and making a difference. Flexible working hours. Nice canteen. Shuttle bus between sites.

      Cons

      Slow progression and lack of funds. Can be stressful at times. Some lazy staff taking advantage of the system. Lack of communication between departments.
