      Great individuals in engineering and marketing Innovative marketing staff

      Cons

      They seem not to understand product development or management Low-ball salaries compared to almost all other engineering firms in the state Operations disseminates roadmaps to product development teams instead of the other way around like every other company Incredibly stressful environment due to seemingly ever changing and contradictory orders All manufacturing done in Asia

      Pros

      Engaging work and opportunity for movement / growth within the company. The product is very well made and has good reputation in the industry. Decent pay and generous bonuses given out but only for top performers. Healthcare benefits good and way less expensive on employee side compared to other companies I’ve worked for.

      Cons

      Bad sales hires since Covid but company seems to be making changes. CEO has limited patience for excuses and employees who don’t care.
