      Salaried position, Benefits offered, Execs talk about former employees, Good Work is Rewarded

      Cons

      Salaried position (meaning you will be asked to work weekends, without pay, for job responsibilities that are not your own), Benefits Offered are terrible (though the company will crow about how generous they are), Execs offer lies about former employees (going so far as to imply that anyone who left recently was fired and stealing, though it was a complete fabrication), Good Work is Rewarded with replies of "What has so-and-so done for me lately?"

      Central location is convenient. One hour lunch.

      Cons

      Owner's constant, unfair public criticism of employees No raises. Required weekend work (occasionally) Really old DOS-based computer system runs the entire business. Negative culture that no one is trying to improve.

      They seem not to understand product development or management Low-ball salaries compared to almost all other engineering firms in the state Operations disseminates roadmaps to product development teams instead of the other way around like every other company Incredibly stressful environment due to seemingly ever changing and contradictory orders All manufacturing done in Asia
