Nii consulting does not provide experience letter and reliving letter to any of the employees if they do not complete two years in the company. Full and final settlement will be cleared after 6 months. If you leave company before 2 years HR will not provide any background verification to your new employer. 5% increment in salary every year. No travelling allowance is provided if you are travelling to client location. Very bad exit culture. Cheap minded management.
