Very bad compensation & benefits.
No Work/Life Balance, if you prefer to keep family and work life separate.
No Job Safety, No Employee Development unless you keep on pleasing the CEO's right hand (who's also the highest ranked person after the CEO) either with your "respectfully" favorable words and actions (for gentlemen) or "respectfully" favorable words and attention (for ladies).
High micromanagement to no support from top when needed, depending on the manager's whims.
Policies can changes very often if you call it a policy, based on who's reading it.
The CEO has lost touch of the reality of employee relations and morale in the company.
Think about leaving the company and they will bite your back, and destroy your reputation. A close friend left and the aforementioned person tried their best to screw him over when he sent his background check to his manager from NII, who he trusted and considered a good person. This manager, who lost a client account earlier served by my friend because he misbehaved with him tried his best to give a feedback that will stop his hiring. Luckily, my friend is great performer at his new employer too, and they disregarded the negative feedback.
