Absolute Horrible work environment. Complete lack of professionalism from ownership/upper management. Facade of care for employees. HR is basically a pawn for upper management. (Any disclosure of abuse by upper management to HR will be soon used against employee to accelerate termination). Take advantage of employees on student/work visas by heavily exploiting them using borderline illegal methodologies. Ownership will directly micromanage you. If ownership fails to manage client expectations, they can and will put you under the bus. They will fear monger and loom termination threats openly during company meetings. Complete hypocrisy and lack of self-awareness in upper management. They are competitive in their industry solely by exploiting lower level and offshore employees. Promotion, growth, pay increase etc. is all based on how much you coddle the ownership and their feelings and not on merit, skill or performance. Incredibly high employee turnover rate. No employee truly likes the ownership. They all stay because they get comfortable.
