Pros

Sales training is some of the best I’ve seen. Work life balance is good positions with most work weeks being 4 10 hour days in clinic.

Cons

Turnover- I had 10 office managers in 2.5 years. I was the longest tenured employees after only being there a year. Very hard to run a business when everyone is walking out. (Usually a valid reason.) Owner has completely lost his way. Once his business wasn’t profitable after covid, he started doing radical things to save his business in which he lost his original vision, no longer helping people but pursuing to hurt people. It was really unfortunate to see it all unfold. Unethical and illegal practices were asked of people in clinic and there is no advocate to speak too about it. HR is non existent. If you have an issue or a problem, you’re simply removed. Several sexual harassment claims, unethical practices, all swept under the rug and ignored :/ I reached out to my HR rep over the course of 9 months about a bonus I was promised and was unpaid. No response. Everyone I’ve worked with who has tried to get help has never been able to get the help they needed from her. It was a running joke I heard from people in every office across the country. Many unpaid bonuses. A LOT of the positive reviews you read are unfortunately fake. They would make people working for corporate write glass door reviews. Hopefully you as a prospect read the ones that matter.

Pros

Autonomy, self scheduling, not stuck in an office, no micromanaging. A great change for nurses looking to work outside of a facility. If you would enjoy visiting people in their homes, this is the job for you!

Cons

Pretty solid company, haven't found a con yet.

Pros

Joining the company has been nothing short of an exceptional experience. From day one, the team has been incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge of the company's services and culture. Every person I've interacted with has made a sincere effort to answer my questions and ensure I felt supported. What stood out most was how quickly I felt like part of the team—there’s a real sense of camaraderie and excitement that’s contagious. The onboarding process was smooth, informative, and surprisingly energizing. It’s clear that people here care about what they do, and that energy is reflected in how they treat new hires. It’s been a breath of fresh air, and I’m genuinely excited about what lies ahead.

Cons

I haven't experienced any downsides so far. No organization is without its areas for growth. The real strength lies in identifying and addressing those challenges proactively, and I trust this company is committed to continuous improvement. I appreciate the company’s openness to evolving with feedback and fresh perspectives.
