Pros

401k, bare minimum health insurance

Cons

Working for this company you will learn how to be the best used car salesman. As a manager, you have zero work life balance. Expected to work over 40 hours each week - mandatory. Not to mention the way they treat you if you dare to speak against the grain, you are ostracized by the entire executive staff. You are better off unemployed than working for this company. They only care about where their next dollar is coming from.

Pros

Sales training is some of the best I’ve seen. Work life balance is good positions with most work weeks being 4 10 hour days in clinic.

Cons

Turnover- I had 10 office managers in 2.5 years. I was the longest tenured employees after only being there a year. Very hard to run a business when everyone is walking out. (Usually a valid reason.) Owner has completely lost his way. Once his business wasn’t profitable after covid, he started doing radical things to save his business in which he lost his original vision, no longer helping people but pursuing to hurt people. It was really unfortunate to see it all unfold. Unethical and illegal practices were asked of people in clinic and there is no advocate to speak too about it. HR is non existent. If you have an issue or a problem, you’re simply removed. Several sexual harassment claims, unethical practices, all swept under the rug and ignored :/ I reached out to my HR rep over the course of 9 months about a bonus I was promised and was unpaid. No response. Everyone I’ve worked with who has tried to get help has never been able to get the help they needed from her. It was a running joke I heard from people in every office across the country. Many unpaid bonuses. A LOT of the positive reviews you read are unfortunately fake. They would make people working for corporate write glass door reviews. Hopefully you as a prospect read the ones that matter.

3.33 Hours of PTO

Pros

You will learn how to conduct a high-pressure sales tactic to sell practically anything to people ages 60 and older.

Cons

You will not earn a single hour of PTO until you have been with the company 90 days. Then, after 90 days, you earn 3.33 hours of PTO per month. If you ask to take time off, the entire leadership team will question your integrity and talk about you as if you are a computer system or robot that has malfunctioned that needs to be "reset" or toss away. It's a shameful system that makes retail - even Walmart - look like a dream in comparison.
