Pros
I've been with NORCOM for almost 8 years. It is a rewarding career with a very supportive management team as well as a supportive team of peers. I have yet to find anywhere that can beat the benefit package which includes a very generous PTO bank.
Cons
Working nights and holidays is the hardest part of the job, but if you can make it to the 3-5 year mark your seniority will quickly progress.
