Pros
The Management are very supportive of their employees. No descrimination whatsoever, whether you're white, black, brown or any other race. Anybody can be employed for as long as you know the job. Performance evaluation are being done as a basis of salary increases and bonuses.
Cons
For as long as the company is doing well and good in the business, your job is secured. But when the company experiences losses and the business deals diminishes, lay-offs are possible options which are common to any company. Those good job performers are usually the once being left in the company.
