Pros
On the outside they present themselves as an upstanding, reputable business, but on the inside they are slimy, deceitful and really only out to make a buck.
Cons
Same as the "pros" I guess. They go out of their way to figure out how to pay you as little as possible and then implement new policies that are really just administrative hoops to see who their sheep really are.
