Pros
Management have mostly been promoted from within so they know the job. There's no micro management and a lot of freedom to organise the job to suit yourself
Cons
We get so booked up its hard to find time for training, holidays, CPD. They take people on and say you'll get a payrise when you pass probation which means getting signed off to audit at least two standards but then they make you so busy doing the first standard you never get signed off for the second one so can be almost a year before you get off probation and get the full salary and car, which is a bit sneaky.
