Friendly co-workers, work variety, plenty of training opportunities, work/life balance, empathetic management, good benefits, lots of company events, monthly all-employee meetings and probably a lot more I’m forgetting.

I got nothing to share.

You will work alongside talented and hard working peers. The building and surrounding landscape is very nice.

Impossibly chaotic working environment. Management is reactive and makes decisions with a clear lack of understanding of what the day to day work is. Consistent understaffing across multiple departments has created a pervasive culture of burnout. Minimal opportunities for career advancement and pay is below industry standard.
