      Overall a Great Place to Work (4.5 stars)

      Pros

      Great people, work environment and mission. The work is usually interesting and engaging and the work/life balance is really good!

      Cons

      The career development seems weak and most employees have no clear path forward. This lack of career opportunities is why I'm giving the company less than a 5 star review. Additionally, there is a pretty good democracy here and most people can express their voice which is great but at times it really slows down and mucks up the decision process.

      Out of touch senior leadership team who is mostly off-site and cares more about increasing margin than they do about building a good product.
