      Pros

      Minimal pros are present. I had got CITI bank as client. They are no shift allowance. No cab and variable pay is just present in your salary letter.

      Cons

      Citi bank client is very tough to handle. They demand us to work for 14 hours. They don't provide any comp off.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
