      Salary was good, company located is good, stable and big company, good for your career advancement

      Cons

      Toxic and bad leader. Touch other religion and bully new staff mentally. Micromanage and expect people will understand whole process by just reads an email. Keep comparing with previous company.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
