      A lot of contact with a lot of people and several clients. Fast learning due to the nature of usual 3m to 6m duration projects and high access to learning material.

      Time and project management is bad due to setting unrealistic expectations or poor analysis of the actual needs of the client or undermine the actual cost of the work

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
