Pros
Interesting people. Small consultancy team so you get to know everybody quickly. Some really great people that have a real drive and ambition about them. Elevenses on a Friday! (People take turns to bring home baked treats to the office) Lots of activities and charitable events to get involved in.
Cons
There are some big egos which get in the way of doing great things together. Lots of negative remarks are made behind peoples backs, people are actively talked down about even at the first interview stage. Not many actual consulting projects, it is mostly a bodyshopping approach to staffing. Benefits package is pretty much non existent. "Collaborative", "great team environment", "startup culture" are all said a lot. In reality it is on par with the standard you would expect these days.
