      Pros

      Lots of opportunities. You get great exposure and chance to excel in leadership. Wide variety of domain to choose from, if given an option. Excellent onsite opportunities. A very good company to start with early in career.

      Cons

      Salary and other benefits remains the perpetual concern of employees. These are not up to market standards. People work if they are more focused on career and skill development than money. I know employees getting 70-100% or more hike when they shift to other companies.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
