Hard to get Visability Not alot of Management Support Poor Communication with NTT - somewhat isolated @ client Self-assessment Annual Reviews - very meak yearly pay increases No Tuition Reimbursement for Non-Gov Employees Alot of meetings to attend that are non-billable. You have to take the loss or make up time
