Senior Management and HR untrustworthy and secretive, make redundancies way to often, too many middle management, they restructure then they change it again and again, they don't try to devlop or promote people, no working incentives, systems slow, over worked under paid, bully culture, stressful environment, to many people go on long term sick, may have to work late at month end, have worked here for years without a pay rise.
