      On field/On Projects, you get to learn a lot. Making a site live from scratch to troubleshooting in the fully production environment, you get exposed to all.

      Cons

      Work-life balance gets distorted in a way as you tend to be in support environment and that requires your availability 24x7.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
