Could be better - Security Engineer NTT DATA Employee Review

I joined NTT from another competitor who specialise in penetration testing within the UK hoping that I would have the chance to expand my skills and knowledge (have only been in the industry for a few years) in IT security, but unfortunately it feels like a step down. The level of ability in general is just not on the same level with other tech companies. Projects are often underscoped requiring more effort for delivery which eats into personal/family time. Far too many products and services. Doesn't feel like there's much direction in the company..
