      You can painfully do the same work over and over again and that's it.

      Cons

      Too repetitive, not challenging, boring at times. No incentives, no employee recognition.

      Pros

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
