Pros
Not many, they hire in people on a good salary, good range of benefits. Talk about supporting mental health but actually do not at all, they create it
Cons
Poor management who do not manage, support or communicate. No clear direction, no support to navigate the company. Induction is a waste of time. You will be expected to work very long hours and receive no feedback at all. They will fire you for no reason at all just as quickly as they try to hire you.
