Pros
The company means well and there are plenty of initiatives in place around DE&I. But it's just optics. There is no appetite from the senior team to put the processes in place to fix the systemic problems.
Cons
The strategy is all over the floor. A complete lack of business maturity in the leadership team means that we are losing clients, are un competitive and we are hemorrhaging good employees every week.
