      Great work environment as a Dev, lots of support from team. Only Work 9-5

      Cons

      "Benefits" are just tax deductibles for the company, they reduce your take home and spend the money that would've ended up in your bank account on Medical Aid, Funeral cover etc and claim that they are paying for it. It actually just reduces the control you have over what you pay for and which providers you can use.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
