      Pros

      - Full remote works and no need to go to the office. - Good managers - Even though there are few seniors, they help you and teach you well

      Cons

      - Low salaries compared to the competition - They pigeonhole you into technologies that are sometimes not very useful. - If you are from centers you will not have bonuses for certifications, however solutions will. - They do not give you training on Udemy platforms, giving you your own account or health insurance or other benefits.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
