      Pros

      People are generally nice. If you like parties and alcohol, this company is for you because they spend a lot on engagement.

      Cons

      Processes are a hot mess. Systems are not well integrated at all. Feels regimental by forcing everyone to work in office everyday because “covid is gone.” Limited working space in office. Pay is lower than average market rate. Benefits are bad. Was good before the whole integration and change of leadership. If you enjoy working OT, this is the place for you.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
