      - “Cisco-Centric” Business - Work Trips fully payed by the employee (refunded at the payroll moment [low budget]) - Refunds exclusively starting from the office location (even if the majority of the employees that needs them lives in other cities) - Below average salary

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
