Pros
Remote/WFH job. Decent pay. Work life balance depends on the project and Manager. Good middle management.
Cons
Variable pay/bonus is never paid out. Lesser projects available leading to layoff, mostly of freeloader employees who are not willing to learn and work. Mid-high level management is clueless and not able to get much projects. Sometimes can be difficult to get into projects due to unavailability and resource management team is just incompetent.
