Lower than average wage, management is pretty bad at communicating stuff, some people look down on you because you do a service role. They are forcing RTO in some roles, it's gives ton of insecurity, main reason of why i left, they reduced tons of benefits for Home Office people, you can obviously see the shift and bad choice in management here, you can feel HR is working against remote people. Office smells awful, they use some sort of air freshener that sticks on everything, laptops, clothes, even the hair, it's disgusting (Foster). Internal Processes that go over like 6 different countries and like 20 different people to get something done are awful and very ineffective.
